140,000 mile Timing Belt Change 850 1994

I am coming up to the 140,000 mile mark for a new timing belt. What else should I get replaced at the same time i.e. drive belt?, water pump?. etc? What's the wise thing to do while this belt is being changed? What about tensioners etc? I plan to keep the car for another 60,000 miles. The car is a 1994 with manual transmission. Also do you ever change the transmission fluid on a manual? I am still on the orginal clutch with no sign of slippage yet.
