Blinker/Flasher lights won't shut off 850 1994

The blinker/flasher lights on my '94 850 are stuck "on" (not flashing, but constantly on) and will not shut off even with the key removed from the ignition. I have to pull the fuse to keep the battery from discharging. The indicators on the dash are also on (constant, not flashing). This may be related to an alarm issue, which had been flashing the lights randomly prior to this problem? How do I disconnect the alarm? What else can I try?
