ABS question 850 1993

Checked for A3 codes today although the ABS light was not on. Recieved 213,214,141, looked them up so I know what they mean, cleared them to see if any were intermittent, started car and ABS light came on. Shut car off, checked the A3 codes again and it says 1-1-1. But the light won't go off. Also the ABS still works with the light on now. Worked with the light off and now with the light on, even though there are no codes. Any ideas why the light won't go off?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to slowly get all the warning lights off. SRS, (now) ABS, was check engine & service, coolant level. So many lights.
