Hey, All

Just before I take it into a shop - anyone know what might cause a funny sound (a slushy grind - best way I can describe it - it's hardly noticeable...) when shifing into 1st on a 97 850? It does not happen in any other gear - so does that mean its a gear problem, or could it still be the clutch?
