I just bought an 850 sedan today and the service light is on. From what I understand, I can reset it up front behind the ps headlamp unit. The check engine light is also on. Will I be able to reset it myself and will I be able to find out what the codes are myself without a handheld diagnostic unit then reset it also????? I just read the post for the 1996 850 that required the rest unit.
