Service Light? 850 1996

I'm getting a "Service" light in my 850. Out of the blue. Yesterday it was fine today I get the light. If I drive for 5 mins. it goes out. Shut off, restart, comes right back only to go out a few minutes later. I figure it's emissions related because the hotter the motor the less it's on.

I haven't done the flame trap in about 10K. I'll check that out as well - not sure if there's a sensor there but it can't hurt to check.
