LIghter sockets lights V70-XC70 1998

Hi,

I noticed that both green lights that illuminate the lighter sockets in the front and back are not illuminating. I don't think both bulbs would go at once. Does anyone know if its a fuse or if necessary how to change the bulbs. I have managed to open the rear seat ash tray holder and I see the unit with the bulb attached. I have not tried to remove the bulb since the front one is not illuminated either.

Any help would be appreciated.
