While checking for voltage I noticed there was power to the hot lead whether or not the fan switch was on or not. I also noticed a slight voltage coming from the ground wire. When I hooked up a different ground it just shorted out. Does this sound normal? Any help would be appreciated. this is for the heater blower fan. kelly
