Vadis code ECM-91B7. Is the Throttle Unit the culprit??? 001F, Speed Sensor?? S80 1999

Here is the code from VADIS. ECM-91B7. They say replace the Throttle Assembly. Also have code 001F from a Transm. problem, they say replace the Speed Sensor.

Does that mean replace the Throttle Unit, 8644347 below the intake manifold? And is the Speed Sensor simple to replace?
