Rear windows won't roll down... '97 850R 850

Hmm...
they seem finicky...

they work sometimes through the main board near the e brake, but not through the back doors switches.

sometimes have to press it a couple of times for it to work...

any suggestions on a cheap fix?

also, my sunroof when pressed on auto open only opens 80% then I have to press the open button again...


is my car falling apart? AH!
