Replacing oxygen sensors in 1995 TR-5 850 1995

I have a 1995 TR-5 (approx. 137,000 miles) that I just took to a local dealer. They are telling me the check engine light came on because the oxyegn sensors need replacing -- and their charge is $760 -> $400 for parts, the rest for labor. I know Volvo parts/repair is expensive, but this seems ridiculous. I checked some web sites, and it looks like the Bosch replacement parts would be about $170 for one sensor and maybe $110 or so for the other. I have reasonable mechanical aptitude, and have done a fair amount of my own work (at least several years ago).. So my question - how difficult is it to replace the sensors -- i.e., why does the Volvo dealer say it is $360 worth of work? Thanks for any help!

- Paul
