my driver's door has had a "broken" (?) hinge problem since buying 18 mo ago. The door "cracked" hard around 45 degrees opening - diagnosed with broken hinge. Bodyshop repaired 6 mo ago - now problem has recurred such that one avoids opening the door fully. Strikes me as a manufacturing prob as there is no history of accident. Is this familiar?
