Electrical Problem. 850 1993

One day out of sudden I have noticed that after turning off and taking out the key from the ignition that my radio and blower fan was still on and working.
From that day on I had to turn these devices off manually. So far I have replaced the ignition swith with a brand new one and still same results. I have to turn these devices off manually. ANY IDEAS????
