hard shift when cold 850 1996

I recently had my tranny fluid flushed and changed b/c it was previously brown. The past couple mornings Ive noticed a hard shift (almost as if it doesnt wnat to shift) b/w 2nd and 3rd when its really cold but its fine when it warms up. Anyone have any advice?? thanks
