Which thermostat temp? 850 1995

I've noticed in this recent two week cold snap, with temps in the singles and teens, my temp. gauge isn't rising much above 4:00 or 3:30. It hasn't indicated 3:00 since it got this cold. I'm thinking my thermostat isn't closing all the way, so it's time to replace it.

Question is, which thermostat? FCP/Groton shows an 87 and a 90. Recommendations on temperature?
