1996 850 Floor heating vents 850 1996

I purchased a used 1996 850 from a dealer about a year ago. Car works great, I haven't had any problems with it, except for the fact that barely any heat comes out of the floor vents. Since I bought the car used, I'm not sure whether it has always been this way. No matter how high I turn the blower on, it doesn't affect how much heat comes out of the floor vents, it's pretty much always none. All of the other vents seem to work fine. Any ideas what might be causing this problem? Thanks.
