Driver Door Buzz, 2000 S80 T6 S80

A couple of months ago the drivers door started buzzing when I would unlock it with the remote. Now it buzzes everytime I unlock or lock it, with or without the remote. The sound lasts for about a second. The door has never failed to unlock/lock, though. Any ideas on the culprit? Is something about to die?
