Bulb Failure Dip beam S80

Hey all I have a 1999 S80 t6. I really need some help before I go see the guys at the service dept.

I get the message,,,,"bulb failure dip beam". I can no longer clear the problem. I have changed head light bulbs, repositioned wires, and disconnected the battery to dump and erroneous memory. I keep getting this fault! Anyone have any ideas,,,please.
