Wiper arm nut torque--- 850

The wiper arm of my 850 loostens up unless I remove ANY ice and snow on the wipers. The knurled stud reams out the soft metal of the hole until just the pressure of the nut does the holding and that doesn't work very well. What should I torque the hold down nut to on an new arm installation? Thanks, Larry
