mud flap fasteners on 850? 850 1994

We just had a bunch of snow here in Portland, Oregon, the worst storm here in 100 years the news said.

I was having fun driving my 1994 850 turbo around today (I'm from Minnesota orginally), but when I got home the right front mud flap was hanging off the top most fastener only. (Ground clearance was obviously an issue!) I'm not particularly mechanically inclined: what type of fastener holds the mud flaps on? It's not a screw, or an alan type.

I'd appreciate any tips on what it is so I can fasten the mud flap back on without losing it.
