Main Box Electrical Relay(?) Where to get them? S70

I finally changed the fuses for my cigarette lighter, it took 5 tries. But it now works. However, in the main box the big relay/or fuse is missing for air. I am wandering two things:
1. Do I need it, and what does it do?
2. If I need it where can I get it?
