slight 'groaning' during acceleration from stop 850 1995

I'm getting a "groan" from 0 mph to maybe 10 mph, and it's only periodic (2 out of 5 times?) ... don't feel any significant vibration. I did the front brakes/rotors last week and CAN'T remember if this groan is new (yikes on the memory).

Ideas?
