Exchanging Front Seats? 850 1994

I have basic leather front seats. No electrical adjusting. The left side of the driver seat is just starting to wear, where my backside hits it when I enter the car to sit. Can you swap front seats? I know the manual adjustment knobs would then be on the opposite sides and might make it hard to use with the safty belt clip and center consol in the way. Has anyone tried this?
