Serpentine belt replacement

I have a '99 V70 and it is time for me to replace the serpentine belt.
Can someone give me a hand with this procedure. Do I need to clear some space to work (ie. remove cabin filter or Power steering resevoir).
How do I relieve tension? I never changes a serpentine before.
Any help would be most appreciated. i've done a search, but I could not really find a procedure.
