O.K, folks. I have thus far purchased a new arm about a year ago and now the
infamous missed wipe gremlin is back. Bought new refills for state inspection recently and shortly thereafter the unperfect wipe was still around. I also performed the "Bay 13" fix last week with not much noticable difference. What should I do next before I throw in the towel?
I read once on this board that someone took the arm off the car and put it in a table vise and bent it but I am not sure where exactly he/she bent it.
