Rear shock mount - wagon 850

Is this a simple replacement? My driver side is gone. I removed the floor boards yesterday and can see the mount is shot. Seems to be 4 bolts to hold the mount, and a single nut to hold the shock? do i need to remove the unit completely?? I am not about to jack up the car and remove the entire shock and spring..otherwise I will take it to the dealership. Any advise. Details. thanks.
