Sunroof Wind Deflector 850

Do these sunroof wind deflectors really work? http://www.ipdusa.com/productdetails.aspx?ProductID=965&subsubcategoryID=172
I'd like to be able to drive down the highway with the sunroof open and not get terrible air pressure changes inside the car. Also, does anyone know if the installed deflector would get in the way of a Yakima rack fairing? I occasionally have the rack on my 850 wagon. Thanks.
