Oil Pan Cracks: Can They be sealed? 850

I can't sign in, not my computer, but I've posted my problem with my oil pan before. It has two stress cracks around the drain plug from the previous owner overtorquing the plug (i assume anyways). So w/o replacing the oil pan can they cracks be sealed, it drips if left overnight a little bigger than a soda can bottom (i have a plastic mat to catch the drip). I plan to switch to heavier weight oil and try and seal the cracks. So is there a filler/temporary crack sealer available, thanks a lot.
