To Flush or Not to Flush 850

I was at a local Jiffy Lube the other day and they were pushing engine flushes. Now I have a '95 850 T-5 with 180,000 miles. I've always ran Full Synthetic Mobile1. Would it be smart to do an engine flush? WIll it increase HP/Torque/performance. Will this ruin my seals?

FYI. The rear main seal is about 7 months old
