Lifespan of a V70 R AWD?

I am looking at a used 1999 V70 R AWD with 85K miles. Exhaust valves have been replaced. I believe the service has been done on a regular basis. How long will these last if well cared for? I have a 97 850 GLT now but another kid on the ways brings the wagon.
