Bilsteins are a little too firm. C70

I just installed Bilsteins HD on my '98 C70 and they are a lot firmer than I anticipated. The car handles so much better. I know it is a trade off handling for harshness. Any suggestions as to take the firmness down a notch?
I seem to feel it more in the front struts than the rear shocks
