1998 V70 T5M: Electric Door Lock Malfunction V70-XC70 1998

Any door lock experts out there? Here are the symptoms:

Passenger (right) side door lock. The door will lock from either the driver or passenger switch or the remote, but will not UNlock from either switch or the remote.

I know that the door panel will have to be removed, and I am comfortable with that. I have lost count of the number of times I have done that with my 84 and 88. Beyond that, is this likely a DIY, or am I looking at a shop visit?

Any words of wisdom and experience? TIA.
