1995 850 Turbo - Trouble Starting When Warm 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 Turbo Wagon. Recently it takes about 15-20 seconds of cranking to start when the engine has warmed up. If I stop for gas, and try to start the car after, it won't start well. Anybody have any ideas?
