Engine Knocking under load 850

Hi,
I have a 96 850 with AT. Lately I have been hearing a slight pinging or knocking from the engine during acceleration under load. It doensn't sound like the load ping from octane knock, but rather more subdued. I don't seem to have any loss of power and no codes are set.
Any ideas?
