Seat Cushion Replacement? 850 1994

The drivers seat cushion is collapsing on my wife's 94 Volvo. Can't blame it on her for having a big butt though, because she only weighs 93-lb. Anyone ever replace the seat cushion on an 850? Is there any chance that it's not the cushion, but is instead the frame or the springs that have collapsed? Any info would be appreciated.
