My New Volvo - What should I do next in terms of maintenance 850 1996

I bought a 96 850 (non-turbo)a couple of weeks ago for $7,000. It had 69,850 miles. I found out that the car was serviced by a dealer in NJ until 40,000. I have no idea what was done after that. The service light is on. I had the timing and serpentine belts and new front and rear break pads. I also put in a set of new tires (altogether $1000). The car runs fine. I also found out that the seat heater (driver side) does't work. Hope I can get it done under the recall. I like the car and want to keep for at least five years. I am traditionally a Honda person. I own an odyssey and a CRV.

I find this message board very helpful and informative although I am little concerned about all the problems members have with 850s. By the way, I found out last night that the moulding on top of the windshield was missing. I paid $32 for it (actually a piece of rubber).

I would like suggestions as to how to keep the car in good condition. Thanks in advance.
