Winter tire recommendations

I am about to purchase winter tires for a 2000 V70.

I have to deal with snow and ice, as well as bare roads. My primary concern is dealing with ice and hard packed snow, as well as safety and handling in dry conditions.

I am considering Nokian Hakkapellita Q tires. Any experience or recommendations?
