Ignition switch 850

For the last two years, when winter comes, my key sometimes will not come out of the switch. If the car "sits" for awhile, then it comes out. I have jiggled it and sometimes it comes out, other times not. Have also had some issues with the trac / ABS light coming on, so I think it's time to change the switch. I've used WD-40, pressed the shift-lock button, etc.

Questions:

1) Has anyone changed this?
2) Where do I buy one? -- Dealer only?
3) Do I need to get new keys?

Reading the Haynes manual, this doesn't seem to be too tough of a job. Any suggestions?
