Noisy Torque Converter Lockup S70 1999

I've got a 99 S70 AWD. When I hit about 55, my torque converter locks up. As long as I'm easy on the pedal, the lockup is not noticible. But if I'm climbing up a hill and it kicks down, or I'm accelerating hard when it locks up, it thuds pretty loud.
