Brake Rotors - Turn or replace? 850

How can I tell if my rotors should be replaced or turned? There is a good ridge at the top maybe 1/8". The car is stopping okay, a little squeaky only on occassion. I have PBR pads in the front and rear.

Any idea on cost of turning vs. new rotors?
