Has anyone tried H&R springs with Bilstein shocks combination? 850 1996

Has anyone tried H&R springs with Bilstein shocks combination?
I have a 96 Volvo 850 Estate T5 with sport suspension. I hate the ride on bad pavement. I feel the springs are hard but the shocks are too soft.

Any suspension feed back will be appreciated!
