A/C Phenomenon Continues 850 1995

I went ahead and bypassed the temp sensor on the compressor like everyone suggested. I thought I fixed it, but I didn't. I'm baffiled at what it could be. I ran some more senarios this over the weekend and came up with the following observation. If I'm crusing at 70mph the A/C will stay indefinatly, but the minute I give it gas and the tranny downshifts I loss cold air within 20 seconds. I then have to put the ECC to 0 and wait about 3 minutes then put it on. (BTW I did replace the ECC) Anyone have any idea? Someone told me that I should replace the Orfice. I'm not sure what it does or how it would help. Any idea? Help :)

Thanx Sandro

All summer I've been having problems with my A/C. I've brought the car to the Volvo dealer serveral times and they replaced both the high and low pressure switches and made sure the R134 was at the required amount. Since I've been a good client at the dealer they let me see them do the work... so I know they used new parts and the R134 was to par. Well the symthom is this. Whenever the temp is 80+F and I'm driving for 10 or more minutes cold air will stop coming out of the vents. I then proceed and shut off the A/C switch and place the Fan on 0 on the ECC. After the A/C / ECC is off for about 3 minutes I can place it back on and everything works again. The time between the A/C working and not working decreases as stop and go traffic increases... even at 70F the A/C will stop working (usally in light traffic). The dealer doesn't know what it is, but it's really making me POed. Has anyone have this problem before? I've noticed on really hot days when the A/C stops I'll place the fan on 0 and sit at an idle. I'll then place it back to On/Auto and notice that the RPMs will increase, as if it is antisipating the A/C compressor is coming on, but the A/C compressor will not turn on. Any ideas would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
