850 turbo wheels 850 1996

do the turbo wheels (columbia) have a certain direction hey should rotate on the car
i noticed last week that i saw a turbo at a stop light and the wheels were on opposite of my brothers turbo
does it matter?
could this cause any high speed vibration (say 100mph+)
it looks that one way the wheels could be mounted air woukld be forced into the rotor/caliper area to cool it where the other way it looks like it would be sucking hot air from there


any thoughts?
