Tail Lights S40-V40

I was wondering if anyone knows of the existance of any "Euro" style tail lights for the S40... I have looked all over the place and on the internet but aparently these do not exist?!? I would like to replace all the exterior lenses w/ clear euro-style ones, if i cant find them, anyone have any idea if I could find a similar light and modify it?

any suggestions would be much appreciated!
