A FEW Mech Probs 850 1994

Got my 94 854T about two months ago where my parents mechanic stated this on the work order/evaluation of the car before I bought it:
"Cooling system looks questionable. Signs of corrosion at the hose fitting at radiator seam, and at turbo cooler pipe, Turbo or lines leaking." A second opinion was confirmed by a Volvo mechanic.

The car has 100k miles. I don't run hot at all, sitting at stoplights nothing. I replaced the Front O2 sensor couple of weeks ago because the Chk Engine light came on. This prompted the opinion of the volvo mech. The car seems to run a bit rich and the smog test from the sale reported a bit of O2 in the mix. I get an avg of 19 mpg all around. The charcoal grey body is in excellent shape and I got a reasonable price for what I received.

My questions are:
What has priority?
What are the ramifications of waiting to fix any of these issues?
While fixing any of these things is there any work that can be done in the accessed locations to act as preventative maintenance/an upgrade?
How much are some the more important issues going to cost after labor?
What can I get used(and do myself)?
I would greatly appreciate anybodys input on this. Need additional info post back as I check frequently. Thanks! Stu.
