PASSENGER DOOR LOCK, WON'T UNLOCK V70-XC70 1998

The right rear passenger door will not unlock, all other door locks work as advertised. Lock switches inside, on key chain and outside will not free the lock. Physical force in trying to raise the lock doesn't work either, it won't budge. Anyone else experience this? Ideas?
