raise car?? 850 1995

I've read a lot of posts about people wanting to lower the car slightly--and I was wondering if there is any way to raise it slightly?? It's a 95 850 turbo sedan with 15" plus one size tires. Every time I go over a dip there is significant bounce and rubbing on the wheel well liner. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.
