ECC Speculations 850 1996

Hi everybody,
My ECC acts as following: When the car is parked and the engine is idling the compressor is on for a long cycle(like 30-40sec) and only of shortly (like 5sec). The temperature at the vents goes down to about 40F, but if I´m driving the compressor cycles much more often (like evey 5sec)and the temperature only goes down to about 45F. This should be within the specs so I´m not worried but I think the temp should be lower while driving then parked. I´ve had the EVAP replaced due to leak(like everybody else)but before the replacement and when the A/C was still ok the temperature was a littlebit lower overall. Can anyone explain why my A/C gives slightly higher temperature now then before. I had a pollenfilter added at the time of the EVAP-replacement. Is it possible to play with the lowpressureswitch to let the systems run at higher/lower ressure/temperature? (I´m swedish so please forgive my language)
