Strange high pitch/Air Pressure noise..... 850 1996

I have an 96 850Turbo. I hear a strange high pitch noise when I'm starting out--almost like the cabin is "pressurizing" or equalizing. Mostly happens when I have the A/C on. (yes, I have the dreaded evap leak and have learned how to recharge on this site) I used to think it was the AC leaking that I could hear, but I don't believe it is that.

It's not completely annoying, but wondered if anyone else has it and/or knows what causes it?
