How long do Nivomats last? 850

I'm nearing 60k miles and am thinking about doing some suspension work. My question is at what milage should these shock be swapped out? I'd like to keep them and just change the springs and front struts out for now. I've heard that H&R makes lowering springs for the Nivomats and will probably be adding those along with some Bilstiens in front.
